MelissaHackenberg: Melissa has been a Stark County resident for more than 35 years. Licensed since 2005 as a real estate agent, Melissa earned her broker's license and opened her own brokerage in 2014. Melissa is a Top Producer and a member of the Ohio Association of Realtors President Sales Club a prestigious award that is only achieved by the top 10% of agents in the state of Ohio. In 2017 Melissa was also awarded the Rising Star award by the Canton City School District. While building her business is her passion, Melissa's most important role is that of wife and mother to two beautiful little girls. As a listing agent Melissa excels in helping sellers sell their home for the most amount of money, for the best terms, in the least amount of time. In contrast. helping first-time home buyers purchase the home of their dreams is one of the favorite parts of her job. Educating buyers on the process and providing them with information about down payment assistance programs allows Melissa to assist them in achieving their goal of home ownership.
